Every text we send you carries a link. Tap it while the caller is on hold and it is two buttons. Tap it that evening and it is the whole call: what they wanted, what was said, and the recording.

This is the one screen in the product you will use one-handed, standing on a roof, in the sun. So it holds four things and nothing else: who, what, how urgent, and the decision.
Both answers are the same size and sit on the same line. Neither is hidden behind a menu, and neither is coloured like a mistake.

Nothing new to find and no second link to keep. Once the call is done, that page becomes the call. It stays 30 days on Solo, a year on Crew, and for good on Shop.

Thirty seconds
You have about 30 seconds, and you can ignore it.
Say yes and your phone rings with the caller on the other end. Say no, or say nothing at all, and the caller hears the same friendly message either way. Nobody is ever told they were turned down, which means ignoring a text is a perfectly good answer.
Do not like links? Reply Y or N to the text instead. Both work, always.

Why a link and not an app
It is a web page, and that is the point.
One tap kills a robocall
If something slipped through, the spam button is right there while you are looking at it. That report protects your number and every other BusyTel customer at the same time.
Send it to whoever goes
Send the link to whoever is picking the job up. They see the call, they can mark it handled, and they never need an account with us. The link stops working after a few days.

The caller hears that you are tied up and will get back to them, and the call is waiting on the same page whenever you look. A missed decision is not a missed call.
