The service
Draft. What BusyTel undertakes to do and what it does not, starting with the obvious one: this is an assistant answering your phone, not a promise that every call turns into work.
Billing
Draft. What the pricing page already says, in plain language: what counts as a call, that spam never counts, that calls past the allowance bill at the plan rate, and that nothing changes plan on its own.
Annual terms and renewal
Draft. The auto-renewal disclosure California law requires, including the price lock for the term and the notice you get before a renewal at a different rate.
Your number
Draft. That your number is yours, that BusyTel releases it on request at no charge, and what happens to it if the account lapses.
Acceptable use
