One monthly price covers a set number of calls. Spam is never one of them. A busy month costs a little more, nothing gets cut off, and nothing changes plan on its own.

We only suggest a bigger plan when it would actually cost you less. On Solo that is around 236 calls in a month, or 221 if you are on annual. Below that, moving up costs you money, so nothing offers it.

Billed once for the year at 16.7% off. Your price, your call allowance and your extra-call rate all hold for the full 12 months.

Adding people
Solo is one person. Crew is three, Shop is ten, and past that it is $4.99 or $1.99 a month each. Extra people see every call, and only the phone on call gets the text. On Crew and Shop you say which phone that is, and hand it over at a shift change.
Canceling
Cancel any time from your account. Monthly stops at the end of the cycle, annual runs to the end of the term. If you brought your number in or want to take it with you, we hand it over and charge nothing for it.
We do not keep old customers on old prices. Prices can move either way, and if yours moves you hear it from us first, with notice, never from your card statement.
